Does my child need experience?
No experience necessary! We welcome players of all levels of experience and they will learn the game from experienced coaches and staff.
What are the clinic times?
For the first three weeks of the 10-week Fall Season, it's all about the CLINICS!

MONDAY: Defensive Development
TUESDAY: Offensive Development
WEDNESDAY: Sand Lot Style Games
THURSDAY: Specialty Skills

Weeks 4 - 10 practices and games will begin! We expect one practice and one game per week per team, scheduled ideally Monday through Thursday.
How often do you practice?
For the Fall Ball season of 2026 we are expecting one practice and one game weekly from week 4 to 10. Ideally, these will be scheduled only Monday through Thursday.
What is included in the registration fee?
Registration fees typically cover league administration, scheduling, officials (if applicable), and facility usage. For Fall Ball, a Dri-FIT performance shirt and hat or visor will be included in the registration fee.
Where do we check in for clinics?
For baseball and teeball, you'll be checking at the Noble Creek Clubhouse (the baseball office between fields 1 and 2 behind the snackbar).
For softball, please check in at field 2 on the first base side.

What equipment is required?
Required equipment varies by division. The league will provide the shirt/jersey and the hat/visor. Players will need to have their own pants, socks and footwear necessary for practice. Teams will organize colors of pants and typically go in on those decisions together for game uniforms or extras, like sweatshirts. Players should have their own glove. The league supplies some equipment, but we prefer players bring their own personal equipment.
Are volunteers or coaches needed?

How are coaches trained or screened?
Coaches are required to complete $25 background checks and training based on organization policies.
What is the organization's code of conduct?
All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone.

PAYBS is managed by the Beaumont - Cherry Valley Recreation and Park District, with an office located at 390 W Oak Valley Parkway, Beaumont, California, 92223.

PAYBS also has an office down at the fields and usually someone is there while practices and games are happening. The Noble Creek Clubhouse is located between fields 1 and 2 at Noble Creek Regional Park, just next to the main snack bar.
How can I stay updated?
We plan to send important updates through Team Sideline emails or texts when necessary, but updates will always be posted through our @bcvparks Instagram and Facebook - we frequently use stories and posts to update players and families, so make sure you're following!
